Local Links
During November 2007 we embarked upon our first musical production, performing a showcase of songs at the Old Nick
theatre on the Thursday night with the complete show being performed at St Johns Church (now X - Church) on the
Friday and Saturday, with fantastic support from all parents, volunteers and the local community. Without the funding
we were granted through the Stakeholders Network this wouldn't have happened, so we sincerely thank them for their

We've finally managed to sort some photos out from the Oliver show which you'll see below:-

Our 2008 Events included a X Factor type event named GXF Fest back in April this year. The event was well
received and supported by local people and press, with a fantastic response to auditions which gave us our final
18 acts!! To fight for the title and the opportunity to perform at the Festival and prestigious State Club.
During May we embarked upon our first year anniversary concert entitled "Wicked Musicals" which included our
club members perfroming 18..yes 18 musicals numbers from such shows as:-
Wicked.....Joseph....Oliver....West Side Story and many, many more. Two fantastic nights of musical performance
from the kids at PACS, who thouroughly enjoyed the whole experience!!
